Any website with 100% commissions claims, discount restaurant gift cards, cheap hotel or vacation packages almost seems to good to be true.

Xplocial was founded by their President Larry Marcus.
From the official Xplocial website it states that Larry has over 28 years experience and success in business. He has been active in executive leadership positions from small $1 million dollar start up companies, all the way up to global $500 million dollar companies. He claims to be a trusted authority in network marketing and direct sales, and is called upon by many companies, industry trade associations and publications for his expertise.
Xplocial Products & Incentives
When you purchase a $29 or $100 Xplocial benefits package, you are able to print out or email a certain amount of restaurant gift cards, vacation packages, 3 day+ cruises, getaways and so on to customers, potential clients, or whoever you please!
This seems like a great way to get old customers back into your store (or website) or something you could give away if people donate to your charity, buy your product and services, or join your network marketing business.
Xplocial Compensation Plan
Every affiliate passes up their 1st, 3rd and 6th sales, all other sales are theirs to keep.
This means that each member that you enroll passes up YOU 3 sales. Their 1st, 3rd, and 6th sales just like you “passed up” to your sponsor.
At first this might not sound fair, but in the long run as you keep recruiting new promoters or customers of the different level membership packages, these 3 sales that get passed up to you will almost become a residual income if you have a team of talented marketers like yourself who are bringing new people into the business each and every day.

Can YOU Succeed With Xplocial?
So can you get very wealthy by joining, and promoting the Xplocial products and business opportunity? Yes of course.
There are many people across the United States who have been able to spend more time at home with their family due to the income they are now earning through Xplocial. I actually know a few people who are top recruiters in my primary company EPX Body who promote Xplocial on the side and are showing videos and screen shots of $29 and $100 residual commissions.
So yes, there are tons of average people having massive success in Xplocial.
You are obviously going to need a “slight edge” over the tens of thousands of other direct sellers and network marketers out there.
You must give the people who are interested in your home business a very good reason to join with you instead of the guy at the top of the company earning 5 figures per week.

Screw You! I Know How To Get Results!
If you have heard something like the above then welcome to the club. my friend. A while ago I was connecting with another so called ‘marketer’ and asking questions trying to build some rapport. After all, that is what business is all about. She then without answering my questions, told me about her MLM and how I should join to which I told her I am not interested and that she is ‘marketing’ the wrong way. What came after that was funny. When Success Comes… It Comes Fast!
One thing I have noticed over the years of being a home based business owner is that when success comes… it comes fast.
Sometimes unexpected.
When building my home based business, I personally like to use passive marketing tactics such as blog posts, video marketing on YouTube and other forms too. So out of the blue I get opt ins, phone calls and emails from prospects because of content I uploaded months, even years ago.The only down side to doing this when you are just getting started is that it takes consistent action for anywhere from 90 days to 6 months to maybe even a year before you start to see a steady flow of leads, and automated sales or sign ups into your organization.
Starting From Scratch
A few months back, my YouTube channel that I had been uploading all of my music videos of me playing guitar or with my band, and close to 100 videos of marketing training, company reviews, and other network marketing related topics was deleted. Some jackass decided to flag my account as ‘spam’ because I uploaded a video review of the Empower Network. So my account was deleted… along with a hundred perfectly fine videos, comments, thumbs up and down, along with 80,000 total views I worked hard to build.
Now I am not here to complain, it is a waste of words and a waste of my time, as well as yours.
Where I was going with that YouTube story, is that instead of being a crybaby and dropping my career as an established online network marketer I instead, simply opened a new YouTube account and got busy making videos that were 100x better than the ones my last channel had.
So here we are 3 months later, my new channel only has 24 videos and around 700 views as of today.
Nowhere near as many as I had on my old channel, right?
But here is whats cool…
I have more people calling me today mentioning they saw one of my YouTube videos and would like to partner up with me in my primary company, then I EVER had when my channel had close to 100 popular videos and a lot of views/subscribers etc.
Everything happens for a reason, and karma can be good or bad depending on the person. 
The other funny story about something similar to this, is that me and two of the top producers on my team were having lunch at our favorite local Greek restaurant called the Olympic Taverna.
Our usual waitress took care of us with great service and like usual, we each left $10 as a tip so with 3 of us there she made $30.
This is something that my millionaire mentor taught me. Always give back in the form of value, money, volunteer work and so on… and the money will come back to you in either cash form or better.
But here is where it gets crazy: We went home that day after eating to do some marketing online and do business as usual, and my business partner Andrew Tiffany got an email notification that he had received a commission for $30 from somebody purchasing product from his website, all while we were out eating mind you.
Coincidence that the girls total tip was $30, to go home and find out you earned $30 from your online business while you were out?
