Why You Need POSTURE While Prospecting For Your MLM!
MLM Prospecting: How To Prospect Your Leads With Posture
So if you have found yourself on this blog post then I would assume you were looking for some tips and training on how to literally pick up the phone, call your leads and prospects, and pre qualify them for your network marketing business.
It is not as easy as it sounds for some people…
Calling MLM Leads
Some people have a fear of picking up the phone because they are not sure what the person on the other line is going to think about them.
They stumble around, lose confidence, as well as lose control of the conversation to their prospect. You must show them that you are in charge of the phone call, and that you are the alpha leader.
If they start asking questions, remind them that you are the one qualifying them, and that you are the one asking the questions. If they have a problem with this, be sure to let them know your time is valuable and you will gladly end the call immediately if they can’t do it your way.
Think of it as you being the owner of a small business and bringing job applicants in for an interview. You ask them the questions, and at the end of the interview (phone call) you should feel confident in whether or not you are going to hire them for the position (promoter of your MLM).
MLM Recruiting Tips that would make your up line SCREAM!!!
It sounds harsh for some people, but this is the only way to truly show your prospect that as the alpha leader, you are in control of the situation not them.
You decide if they get more information about your business or not.
You decide if you are going to follow up with them or tell them you don’t feel they are a match for what you are putting together.
Try this on for size…
Simply say no to the next 3 leads that come in through your marketing efforts. Talk with them, ask them your pre-qualifying questions and go through your script. And then go on to tell them that you don’t think they are a match for your business at the present time.
Just imagine that for a second… You just told somebody with their credit card in hand, ready to join your company, that they are simply not allowed to join because you don’t feel they meet the criteria you are looking for. With that kind of posture, they will see you as a leader who does not care if people join your business or not because you are obviously already making money with or without them on your team.

Before we get into this review, I just want to say that I am a former member of Larry Winter’s Amway team and Line of Sponsorship called Leadership Team Development.
When I first got in Amway years ago, I was beyond fired up to be working with this multi-millionaire network marketer by the name of Larry Winters.
My mentor in Amway at the time, a guy by the name of Jensay Numa always talked about him and the lifestyle of freedom he had lived for many years.
If we simply followed his instructions and leadership training system then we would be financially free and be living the dream just like Larry and the others who followed him and his vision.
Larry and his wife Pam Winters, joined the Amway Global business back in 1980 when they were contacted by their good friends Bill and Peggy Britt. Although it took them over 15 years to hit the rank of Diamond pin, they got it done. Something that most distributors can only dream of achieving.
They never quit, they showed the business presentation as much as possible, shared the products with friends and family members and are now living the unexpected life of their dreams.
Larry Winter’s LTD Team
The Winter’s are great network marketers, some of the best. When I was still a rookie in the whole MLM thing, they would play his training videos and audio CD’s so that everybody was on the same page as far as recruiting new distributors and customers. Everything he was teaching just made perfect sense… at the time.
Here I am almost four years later, now actually “living the dream” through doing the exact opposite of what Larry Winter’s LTD team teaches you. They recommend home/hotel meetings, grand openings, calling friends and family etc.
Although some of these tactics work great for me today, there were a lot of marketing skills they use but do not teach their down line. Why is that? So their team continues to purchase the books/CD’s and function tickets every 90 days or so to “learn the secrets”.
Larry Winter’s Amway Team
The LTD team has professionally branded up websites, blogs and graphic design as well. So why is it that they don’t teach their loyal team members how to brand themselves as leaders, setup a blog and use online marketing tactics? I mean, we are in 2013 people.. if your still only using hotel meetings to show the plan, you are going to get passed up by us online marketers without question.
If you were to do a Google search for ‘Larry Winters’ or his ‘leadership team development’ training system, almost nothing pops up but their corporate site! If Larry Winter’s took the time to learn some online tactics (or hired someone on Fiverr to do it for him) he could easily be positioned on Google’s front page, driving traffic to his website and double the size of his team in a year compared to over 30 years doing hotel meetings to share the Amway plan.
There is obviously a much better way to build massive network marketing teams.
Getting your message in front of a targeted audience for example… people who are actually LOOKING for a home business opportunity instead of running around Wal-Mart or your local mall and gas stations to “see if people are looking” for something more out of life.
You can either run around and talk to 500 people and maybe get 5-10 of them to join your team or you can get a laser targeted message in front of 500 people who are already sold on what you have, and are open to making more money.
Which do you prefer?
Unfortunately, Larry Winter’s got caught up in some trouble with the IRS a few years back. From 1996 up until 2003 Larry got nailed with $3.2 million dollars in tax liens. Hopefully he has paid back the IRS and is in the profit now, since he is the owner of an Amway training system LTD and a double diamond.
Larry Winter’s is supposedly earning “multiple millions” of dollars each year. Although, if you look at the top 500 earners in the MLM industry over at the official Business For Home website, Larry Winter’s the Amway Diamond is nowhere to be found.

Back in October of 2011, the group of packages was created in 3 different levels, known as the Total Security Memberships.
These memberships, available in 3 levels (MCA Security, MCA Security Plus, and Total Security) has a growing number of benefits available for all citizens of the USA and Canada, providing services as well as a referral program which gave MCA reps a chance to earn a referral bonus for bringing business to the company.
In September of 2012, the company introduced two more benefits plans, Total Security Gold and Total Security Platinum. These plans provided more benefits in addition to those on the Total Security Plan such as legal services, auto related service discounts at over thousands of auto repair and service centers nationwide ranging from 10% to 50%, and MCA Matrix Income.
What is MCA: Should You Join?
After reading this third party review, you should have a much better idea as to whether or not you want to join MCA to earn an income, or simply use their services.
The company has been around since 1926 so they are obviously an ethical, legitimate company that will pay its team of independent reps each and every week.
It is up to you to make the decision as to whether or not you are going to pursue your new home business. Some people join and never take action, and end up quitting 90 days into it when no checks have showed up.
If you get started in MCA, and begin promoting their products and business THE CORRECT WAY, you will get paid each and every week for your efforts… its really that simple.
But it is totally up to you to learn current marketing strategies so you are not left behind by doing door to door sales, and talking to everybody within 3 feet of you and so on.
This is 2013 and there is a much easier way to build MCA or whichever home business you decide to join.
There are people online today just like you going on Google and typing in “How to make money from home?” or “Where do I sign up for MCA?” so wouldn’t you much rather get your name and phone number positioned in front of these people instead of talking to random people in your area?
There is an easier way folks… you just have to learn and implement!
